GJIMT: Registrations begin for MBA/MCA admission

The Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) has invited applications for admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) programmes for the 2016-17 session. Eligible and interested candidates should apply now. The MBA and MCA programme offered in GJIMT is affiliated to Punjab Technical University and approved by AICTE. Eligibility criteria: Educational qualification: MBA: The candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a university recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). MCA: The basic eligibility criterion is that the candidate should be a BCA graduate or should have Mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or in graduation and should have completed the graduation degree or appeared in the final year graduation exams. How to apply: The interested candidates have to download the registration form from the official website of the university. They are then required to correctly fill in the details and submit it at the institute's reception. Application fees The candidate should pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- at the institute reception. This amount of Rs.1,000/- is non-refundable/ non-adjustable against any type of fees to be charged later. Selection Procedure: Candidates are required to appear for the written entrance examination, Management Entrance Examination (MET). On the basis of their score, the candidates will be called for counselling.
