17,482 Candidates Appeared For BRAOU Eligibility Test

As many as 17,482 candidates appeared for the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) Eligibility Test (E.T) today throughout both the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Another interesting feature of this year’s Eligibility Test is that 221 Jail inmates from the various Central Prisons in the States have also appeared for the Eligibility Test – Male 197 and Female 24.

Prof. C. Venkataiah, Registrar, BRAOU and Dr P.Venu gopal reddy, PRO, visited the Central Prison, Cherlapally, where jail inmates took the test. Sri. Sammaiah, Deputy Superintendent of Jails, Central Prison, Cherlapally; other officers from Cherlapally central prison and Jailors were present on the occasion. The successful candidates in the Eligibility Test will be given Admission into B.A/B.Com/B.Sc. Courses for the Academic year 2019-20.
