Kendriya Vidyalayas will promote all Class 1 to 8 students without officials of the examination

Kendriya Vidyalayas in the country will be supporting all class 1 to 8 candidates, regardless of whether they have appeared for exams or not, officials said Tuesday.

"The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has agreed that class 1 to 8 students, whether or not they appeared in the session ending exam 2019-20 due to some cause, may be promoted to the next higher class and their fee verification will be done accordingly," said an official.

In view of the Coronavirus, classes and examinations are suspended in Kendriya Vidyalayas and all other schools until 31 March.
