CBSE class 10 exams cancelled

On Thursday 25 June, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will notify the Supreme Court of its decision on the cancelation of the pending Class 10 and 12 board exams. The CBSE had told the apex court on Tuesday that the decision-making process on whether to conduct CBSE 10 , 12 Board examinations from 1-15 July is in an advanced stage, after which the court deferred the hearing to Thursday at 2pm.

In response to a plea from a group of parents, who called for cancelation of the remaining board exams citing the Covid-19 pandemic, the court made this suggestion.
