Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (APECET) is the test for candidates who wish to take admission in to 2nd year level lateral entry into engineering/pharmacy courses for Diploma holders of Engineering & Technology programmes in various universities and institutions in Andhra Pradesh. This is a state level entrance examination and JNUT-A University, Ananthapur is conducting the exam for the academic year 2023-24 on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) on 19th April 2024.The candidates are required to down load the notification in PDF and read instruction as well. Eligibility Criteria for AP ECET 2024:

Nationality :

• Candidates must be an Indian National and must satisfy the local/non-local status laid down in the Andhra Pradesh State Educational Institutions.
• Candidates other than Indian Nationals have to satisfy all the requirements set by the concerned University.

Educational Qualification:

1. For Admission into 2nd year level lateral entry into Engineering/Pharmacy courses.
2. For Diploma holders of Engineering & Technology & B.Sc Candidates for the academic year 2023-24.
3. It is mandatory for all the aspirants to score minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination (45% in case of SC/ST).
4. Bachelor degree collected through distance mode must have recognition from joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.
5. Candidates who are appearing their final year examinations are also eligible to apply for AP ECET 2024.
6. To qualify AP ECET 2024, minimum of 50 marks out of a total of 200 marks is required.

AP ECET 2024 Application Fee & Payment:

• For All Cadidates Rs 550/- (Without Late Fee)
• The Fee may be paid at any AP Online Centers and also through Payment Gateway (Credit card/Debit Card/Net Banking).

HOW TO APPLY:

• Candidates can apply ONLY ONLINE
• Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Boards website https://sche.ap.gov.in/ECET/ECET/ECET_HomePage.aspx Instructions for submitting online application and payment of fee are available on website.
• Candidates may remit the fee in the following manner.
• Pay the required application fees for the form
• No you can proceed to fill application form
• On the given page fill the entire mandatory column carefully and accurately
• Upload the scanned copies of all required document in the given format
• After completing all formalities submit the application
• Take the print of the submitted application for further use.

PATTERN OF TEST :

The question paper of AP ECET will be the objective type. It is a paper and pencil based examination having test duration of two and a half hours. The question paper consisting of three sections viz Engineering/Pharmacy/M.Sc. The paper structure of APECET 2024 is given below in a tabular format:
