Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test is eminently known as Telangana ICET 2016 has been announced by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. It is an entrance examination conducted by Telangana for admissions purpose for the courses like MBA and MCA in all the colleges and Universities in Telangana State. Students one who want to continue their higher education in the fields like post graduation can use this opportunity. After the separation of AP & Telangana State this is the second ICET 2016 Notification going to release. This Integrated Common Entrance Test will provide the opportunities for many candidates in different courses. Every year the organization releases the notification and secure many numbers of candidates in various colleges. Currently, Telangana ICET 2016 notification has been revealed for the candidates who are spying to use this fortuity can register now on its official website.


Based on the performance of the candidates in the Common Entrance Test and the Qualifying Examination, the merit / rank list will be prepared and published. All the eligible candidates will be considered for allotment of seats in the order of their merit / rank and based on the options and as per the seat matrix issued by the Government.


Previous year the result was declared on 23rd May 2015 and around 1,15,000 candidates had appeared for the exam.


Telangana ICET Notification 2016 Eligibility Criteria Qualification:


For MBA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree Examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.


For MCA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination with Mathematics at 10+2 level. The qualifying Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC. Applicants one who are appearing Degree final are eligible to apply for the ICET Online Application Form 2016.


Age Limit: Candidate should have 21 years of minimum age there is no upper age limit. Selection Procedure: Selection of the candidate will be based on performance in the Entrance test.
